Recent Perth Cup winner Casino Seventeen , a Group placed Snitzel mare in foal to global sire sensation Justify and a G1 placed son of Redoute's Choice are just some of the highlights in a spectacular first Inglis Digital online sale for 2024.
The January Sale will see 455 lots offered – 318 racehorses (138 race fillies), 56 broodmares, 52 racehorse shares, 25 yearlings, 3 unbroken stock and 1 stallion.
One of the standout entries is millionaire Inglis Classic Yearling Sale graduate Casino Seventeen (pictured), the consistent Perth-based galloper who was a strong victor of the G2 $1m Perth Cup earlier this month at his most recent outing.
He is already a nine-time winner and has finished in the top four at 17 of his past 18 starts.
Slumber Party (Snitzel), carrying a hugely valuable Justify pregnancy, is another outstanding offering in the January Sale.
Dual Stakes placed as a 2YO, the well-bred mare has had three runners to race – all of whom are winners – while her yearling daughter by Zoustar realised $375,000 to the bid of Bjorn Baker Racing/Cunningham Thoroughbreds/Clarke Bloodstock last week.
Covering sire Justify is the sire of last season's star 2YO filly and Easter Sale graduate Learning To Fly and this year's early standout 2YO colt Storm Boy.
The G1 performer Military Expert is also an entry sure to attract significant attention.
The Annabel Neasham-trained 5YO ran 3rd in the G1 Toorak Handicap – as well as being Stakes placed on another four occasions – and is more than capable of featuring in many of the big prizemoney races in the upcoming autumn carnival.
