RACE 2 (2) ISAURIAN: Godolphin weighed up their options with this dual acceptor and no surprise they came down in favour of this event as the 1400m looks a perfect progression for the exciting prospect at just his fourth start. Suffered his first defeat when an impressive last start second over 1200m at Rosehill when tested in black type company for the first time and should have the measure of this field if he continues his rate of improvement.

RACE 3 (7) CRISTOBAL: Progressive filly lines up for just her third career start after putting the runs on the board with a strong debut win followed by her excellent second to the top shelf Sunlight in the Magic Night Stakes (1200m) when she made up impressive ground to be clearly the best of those behind the winner. She has since cruised through a soft trial and comes here ready to take full advantage of a good track and favourable draw in what should be a hard run fillies race.

RACE 10 (5) RAVI: Top Randwick stable has kept this quality mare fresh since her close first-up fourth over this course and distance five weeks ago when she was anchored by 59kg behind Sugar Bella, a rival she meets 5kg better this time. Fitter and with the advantage of an inside gate she is favourably placed to add to her strong winning record when second-up.
