Deal brokered by David Chester of Magic Millions

The Peter and Will Hulbert-trained three-year-old Criminal Defence (Nicconi) will continue his career in Hong Kong having been sold in a deal brokered by David Chester of Magic Millions. 

The son of Nicconi (Bianconi) was passed in for $30,000 at the 2019 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale when offered by Gainsborough Lodge. He has gone on to win twice and place two times in 12 career starts with his biggest victory coming in the Rough Habit Plate (Gr 3, 2000m) at Doomben on May 15.
