After the Oakbank festival, we head back to Morphettville as we are approaching the G1 carnival in Adelaide in May.

We like a couple at value on this card and the first is in the G3 Sires Produce Stakes where we think we can see value in San Sierra for the Hayes/Dabernig stable.

This colt has had two runs since a spell with nice runs in Listed races in Melbourne without challenging.

Definitely much better suited at the 1400m, he will get back so they need to be able to run on on the Parks track but with a small line-up, it is still possible.

Happy to give him an each way ticket as long as it remains three place dividends.

Then onto the Listed Port Adelaide Guineas where the Melbourne invaders are in town. Mick Price has a trifecta of hopes and Bayoonah comes off running last at Moonee Valley.

Not often you’d tip one like that but that was a race dominated from the front and she simply never got going.

However before that she was fantastic in the Kewney Stakes, charging home from last.

Bred to get 2000m plus, she will like this track more and as long as they are able to make ground on the main track too, can easily have something on her both totes as well.
