Winning Trainer: Jason Warren

Emotion of the win: "Relieved to be honest. Just wanted to get the job done for the horse and she's been so gallant in defeat in good races and just to get that group one under the belt is a big relief and we'll head north now and head towards the Stradbroke."

Stackhouse in second: "I'm sure he rode a terrific race on her and gave her every chance, I'm just so pleased for the horse and the connections, terrific."

Next run: "We'll no doubt head to the Stradbroke, I think it's a nice target for her."

Compared to Brooklyn Hustle: "She's one of my favourites and it's a shame she never got to this level but it's great to see Benedetta get there today."

Watching the race: "Out the back. We've got a big group of owners, I must say to Caitlin Jones and Teegan Voorham who have done all the work with these girls since they've been here, these horses of mine… the local trainers here have been so welcoming, it's been a terrific few weeks for us."

Celebrations: "We'll have a glass of wine somewhere I'd say…Jamie said let's not celebrate tonight, we'll wait for a couple of weeks because we've got a bit on our plate."

Winning Jockey: Jamie Kah

Plan executed: "It did. It was exactly where I wanted to be, everything just happened perfectly for us. She's a horse with so much talent and she's just had things not go her way and today it was lined out perfectly for her."

Hit the front early: "She just got to the front a touch soon and she just waited with the blinkers on for the first time she couldn't see anything around her, she was good once she could feel the horse coming to her again. I did think it would be easier than what it was in the end but she just couldn't see that horse, but it worked out in the end."

Home town Group Ones: "It's so special. I wanted that one group one and after one you want another one, you want to keep getting more and more. I've got a few more to beat Ben's record for the Goodwoods but I'll be back next year."

Need Oaks & Sangster now: "I'll get that one too! It's been an awesome three weeks."

Beaten Jockeys:

Damian Lane (Amelia's Jewel): "She slipped behind out of the barriers so I ended up a long way back on the inside, not the place to be, that said she still travelled really well, just didn't show her usual turn of foot late so yeah, disappointing overall, maybe something will come up after the run."

Lachlan Neindorf (Climbing Star): "Massive run, lobbed into a beautiful spot, she finished off well with her extra weight."

Craig Newitt (Sghirripa): "He ran terrific again, we anticipated to ride him a bit quieter today but just from the wide gate, just had to probably concede another two, three lengths more than I would've liked and he's run on terrific."

Jake Toeroek (Extremely Lucky): "I thought he was good. Just in the worst part of the track, and he probably just got a bit outsprinted."

Blake Shinn (I Am Me): "She ran a good race, got annoyed a bit, stuck on."

Billy Egan (Arkansaw Kid): "He ran on super, very happy with him."

Rhys McLeod (Johnny Rocker): "I thought we had a nice enough run, presented well into the straight but just never ran on."

Jacob Opperman (Rubamos): "Ran a super race, they outsprinter him, he whacked away."

Craig Williams (What You Need): "Very pleased with his performance. He's at his sixth career start, at Group One, he wasn't beaten far. He was on the back of the eventual second horse, we weren't able to stay on the back once they quickened up and he hasn't been beaten far, he's going to have a lot of fun. He's a high quality horse."

Jason Holder (Karacasu): "Had our chance, just wasn't good enough on the day unfortunately."

Emily Finnegan (Grinzinger Prince): "Rapt with him, in the company that he was in, he ran a gallant run."

William Pike (Oscar's Fortune): "He did well, he actually never got comfortable, never really flowed as well as he can, still stuck on really well."

Beau Mertens (Skybird): "She was great, we ended up in a nice spot, she's doing a lot right this campaign and just raced like a horse probably looking for seven furlongs now so she's done a terrific job against good company."

Daniel Stackhouse (Stretan Angel): "Yeah, super run."
