New Zealand's Horse of the Year Jimmy Choux will head a star-studded line up appearing at Moonee Valley's Breakfast with the Best track gallops on Tuesday morning.
Jimmy Choux and 10 other entries for the W.S. Cox Plate are among the 37 horses notified by trainers to work on the course proper between 6am and 7.30am.
The other Cox Plate contenders that will gallop include Sincero, Glass Harmonium, Lion Tamer, Wall Street, Playing God, Shamrocker, Secret Admirer, Rekindled Interest, Descarado, and Yosei.
The Moonee Valley Cup entries down to gallop include Shewan, Paddy O'Reilly, Tullamore, and the German import Illo.
AAMI Vase entries on the list are Mosheen, Manawanui, Niagara, and The Deep South.
Other notable entries for the Moonee Valley meeting on Saturday among those listed to appear in gallops are the Chris Waller quartet of Red Tracer, Triple Elegance, Danleigh and Little Surfer Girl, Gai Waterhouse's pair More Strawberries and Fast Clip and Perth sprint star Scenic Blast, who is set to resume in the Moir Stakes.
The barrier draw for the $3 million Cox Plate will be held in the Celebrity Room at Moonee Valley after the completion of the gallops.
