Craig Williams will be accumulating more frequent flyer points this weekend when he goes to Singapore to take a couple of good rides for Michael Freedman.
The Kranji Sprint is G3 over 1200m and is the second leg of the Singapore Sprint Series. Williams will be riding one of the two Michael Freedman runners, Masthead. Better Than Ever has to concede weight to the field but he looked good in his recent race and will have Moreira riding. We will stick with him and respect Ato who missed the Dubai trip in order to run in this, the other Freedman runner Mr Big and of course Masthead.
The Moonbeam Vase is also G3 and Nandowra, with Williams o board, is expected to start favourite for this 1800m contest. However we think Paulinho has been improving steadily and chatted to Pat Shaw about his chances when we were in Dubai and the trainer seemed very happy with him. Mitre Peak will enjoy the return to the turf and we are adding Silveron Wings for value in the exotics.
