The Charlie Appleby-trained unbeaten Noble Style will be stepping into unknown territory as he tackles 7f for the first time. He produced a potent turn of foot when winning the Gimcrack Stakes (G2) at York last season and is currently a general 8/1 for the 2000 Guineas in May.
Chaldean looks to extend his winning streak to five having battled on strongly to deny Royal Scotsman in last year's Dewhurst Stakes (G1) at Newmarket. Andrew Balding's Frankel colt is now a general 5/1 shot for the first Classic of the season following the news of Nostrum's absence from the race on Monday.
Roger Varian's Criterium de Maisons-Laffitte (G2) winner Charyn shaped as though he'd appreciate the step up to 7f while unbeaten Horris Hill (G3) scorer Knight is a fascinating prospect with proven course and distance form. Qatar Racing's Zoology is among the entrants and Eve Johnson Houghton's unbeaten Streets Of Gold could be set for a step up in grade.

Impressive debut winners, Bridestones and Soul Sister feature for the John and Thady Gosden team and Ralph Beckett's Salisbury scorer Remarquee is also among them. AMO Racing are strongly represented courtesy of Olivia Maralda and Magical Sunset. Swingalong also looks set for her first start as a three-year-old having finished fourth in the Cheveley Park Stakes (G1) over 6f at Newmarket in September.
Elsewhere on the card, eleven horses have been entered in the Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise Stakes (Registered As The John Porter Stakes). 2021 St Leger Stakes winner Hurricane Lane looks to get his career back on track while stablemate Yibir is also present. Last season's winner Max Vega will look to defend his crown and the exciting new stayer Mojo Star may also begin his season.
The three-year-old maiden staged at 3.50 has produced some high-class horses over the years and this season could be no different with some attractive pedigrees on show. Similar comments apply to the 4.20 with the likes of The Goat, Talisman, Tadshin, Sailing On and Klondike all catching the eye on paper.
