Half-brothers to former Maher/Eustace star juveniles to run at Warwick Farm.
Half-brothers to two of the top juveniles from the 2018/19 season will clash in the first race at Warwick Farm on Wednesday.
The $60,000 Furphy Handicap (1200m) will be the first start for Suspect, a half-brother to Dubious, and will see the return of Limburg, a half-brother to Loving Gaby.
Dubious was a multiple Group-winning two-year-old who also ran second in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic, while Loving Gaby finished second in the Group 1 ATC Sires' and Champagne Stakes at two but won a couple of Group 1s as a three-year-old.
Limburg's only previous start came when ninth in the Group 3 Pago Pago Stakes (1200m), which was won by eventual Golden Slipper winner Shinzo.
The Michael, Wayne and John Hawkes-trained son of Justify resumes off one 900m trial, a third placing at Rosehill on July 21.
The Chris Waller-trained Suspect won a 900m trial on the same day – albeit in much slower time – having since appeared at Canterbury on August 1, when third over 896m.
Suspect, who is by I Am Invincible, is the third named-foal from Suspicieuse, whose first foal was Dubious, a son of Not A Single Doubt.
Suspect was bought by Coolmore's Tom Magnier for $1.9m at the 2022 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale.
Coolmore is also involved in Limburg, who was a $1 million purchase at the Inglis Easter sale of the same year.
Limburg and Suspect are not the only well-related types engaged in the first race at Warwick Farm with Les Vampires, a brother to Tulip and half-brother to Sacred Eye, out to improve off his wayward debut third placing.
