Today’s Horse Racing Tips – February 24

Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for Australian TAB meetings on Saturday, February 24.

Major metropolitan meetings are today conducted at Caulfield, Rosehill, Morphettville and Ascot.

The Melbourne Mail: Caulfield - Race 9 @ 5:25pm
Blue Diamond Day is in the top handful of race days on the Australian calendar and this year it has thrown up a seriously competitive betting heat.

There are all sorts of edges and angles to consider in the Blue Diamond itself.

Formerly trained by Team Williams, Western Temple often mixed it with some of WA's leading 3YOs and certainly deserved his success last Saturday.

He has placed three times behind Variation during his career, form which again leaves him very well placed on Saturday. Read More

The Say From SA: Morphettville - Race 5 @ 3:01pm (AEDT)
It’s not a strong card on the Parks track this Saturday.

However reckon we might get more value than you’d think in the form of Smart As You Think in Race 5.

She hasn’t won for some time but has raced in the best of fillies’ company in many of those runs.
