RACE 4 (8) HULK: Model of consistency this campaign with a win and three placings from last four starts and rates to win on his efforts in this class at his last two outings. Freshened since his last start second at Rosehill three weeks ago when he finished best late to just miss behind over 1100m on a tough heavy track and will appreciate getting back on top of the ground. The long Kembla Grange straight is ideal for his run on style as he is drawn to enjoy a kind run behind a fast pace.

RACE 5 (2) BIG PARADE: Returns for his first start as a gelding and there are high expectations after impressive wins in two recent trials. Showed plenty in his previous preps with three wins from his  seven starts, ending his last campaign only 10 weeks ago with a dominant 5.5 lengths win under 62kg in a BM72 over 1250m at Canterbury and his trials indicate he is set to go on with it. Has the pace to cross from his wide gate and dictate the terms.

RACE 6 (9) MACROURA: Lightly raced Snitzel filly made a great start to her career winning her first three starts including one at this course and another at Randwick when she was too strong for the classy Wild Ruler. She is sure to have taken benefit from her pleasing first-up third behind Switched and Hulk in a strong BM78 over 1100m at Rosehill on October 31 when she was tested by the heavy ground and the step up to 1200m suits second up. She's not big but she packs a punch and from her good draw will get every chance to run down her main rival Intrepidacious.

WYONG November 11: Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott provided the class act when they sent the Group star DAWN PASSAGE from Randwick for the only 1200m heat as part of his prep for the million dollar race at Kembla Grange on November 21. His did as much as was required under a quiet ride from Tim Clark to pick up the leader late for a soft win, a good sign he has come on well since his first-up placing in the Golden Eagle.

RANDWICK November 10: INTREPIDACIOUS has gone five weeks and two trials since het last start win waiting for a suitable race on a good surface. She is ready to add to her strong record judging by her soft 4.5 lengths win in the fastest 1050m heat (62.51; 34.27). Another 1050m heat winner to impresses was BIG PARADE appearing for the first time as a gelding in a fast heat (63.98; 33.86). He did it in style to sprint home for an easy 2.8 lengths win.
